Lucretia Davis-Daniel began her career with YTB in January
2006. Floyd and Carla Williams, long time friends and
business associates, made the introduction to YTB a year
and a half earlier and she did not join at that time.
However, timing was perfect on that January 2006 day.
At the time she was working for a mortgage lender and
was really looking for something better! For eight months,
she worked YTB part-time while the business was building.
Within 12 months, Lucretia became a Director with the
company in addition to earning her first $10,000 bonus
award.Years before YTB, Lucretia spent several years as a
small business consultant. She worked extensively with
minority and female business owner startups, focusing
on strategic planning, business plans and procurement.
Her most recent career focus has been in relationship
marketing, sales and training. She was in the top 1%
with two previous companies and was featured in the
“Profiles of Success” for three consecutive
years with a major network marketing company. She has
also been featured in Who’s Who among American
Business Women and Who’s Who in Black Atlanta,
2003 edition.
The journey to Director really began with surrounding
herself with awesome people who are leaders in their
own right. She is positive that she has the most talented
team in the industry! Success is inevitable for all
of them. The most rewarding part of the YTB experience
is being a part of their success.
Lucretia is the proud to be raising two wonderfully
talented teenagers, Whitney who will be pursuing a career
in media, and Darius, who is a gifted musician and will
be attending a top music school.
